About Step 2
In this step we cover all aspects of working with clients. The client base can vary greatly within the fitness industry, you will go in depth in various principles and methods to be able to cope with full diversity of age, gender and fitness levels.
This step also covers advanced principles for experienced gym trainers and allows you to be full prepared for assessment through Step 4.
What you'll learn

Develop skills needed to work with clients within a fitness environment.

Learn the fundamentals of each aspect of fitness.

Develop written assessments and professional discussion with your assessor.

Learn exercise principles, sets, reps, intensity levels and client preferences.
